A Great Big, Giant, Oversized Thank You

We had such a great time last night at our final show of this tour. It was a packed house and those of you who were there know it was a ton of fun! We just want to say thank you to all of you who came out to support us - family, friends and fans (old and new). And now we look forward to our brief tour hiatus to record our first full-length album so that we can get back on the road to support it!

Look for pictures, videos, updates and more as we are in the studio. This summer is set to be a lot of fun and we're inviting you along for the ride. And keep up with Lately on Facebook, Twitter, and latelymusic.com for the latest info on the album.

Lately is playing for NX35 at Cold Fusion Lounge in Denton, TX, on March 19th. We are calling ALL FANS to come out to the show! We need your support as we play for industry people from all over the US. Click here for a map to the venue. It's $5 per person and it's a show you're not going to want to miss! We're excited to announce that Lately is back in the studio. We'll be recording the songs that you guys have been requesting: When They Watch Me Die, Long Way Down, and we're even working on a whole new version of Reality (no pun intended).

We're excited to let you know that we have a rockin' awesome show coming up on Wednesday the 13th at the historic Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth, Texas. We are calling all fans to come out and support this show as it could open a lot of doors for us. But we can't do it without you! The more people we get to come out to the show, the better the chance we have of opening for some of the bigger bands that come through the theater. * New York City, Here We Come - November 17th
On November 17th, Lately is heading to the Big Apple to compete in the final round of the PABI Heroes tour. This is a charity event being held at Webster Hall in New York City. For tickets to the show, please visit thebrainproject.org. We'd love to see you there... it's definitely a cause worth supporting.

* In The Studio
We start the official recording process this Saturday and it's going to be an awesome time. We'd like to thank Chris and the guys of Buzz Studios in Fort Worth, Texas, for helping make this happen. Get ready for good times all around. Yes, that's right. Good times. Neat fun.

Guys seriously, we won the PABI round in Dallas!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who came out and supported us at the Majestic Theater on May 13th. It was a total blast! And now, because we won, we're headed to New York City (and as Big Daddy the sound guy told me, be sure to bring your own picante sauce). Nice.

So if you're so inclined, follow us to NYC in August. We don't have the date yet but the second we do, we'll let you know.

Also... we still need your vote for Cornerstone. Thank you to all of you who have been voting everyday. You rock our world!

And... we'll be on TV again Friday the 22nd of May and Saturday the 30th of May at midnight on Daystar for Check the Sound. Check your local listings here. This time we're playing "I Got Here." Nice.

There's so much going on we can't contain ourselves!!

1. PABI - We're competing at the Majestic Theater in Dallas on May 13th for a chance to go to NYC (that's right - the Big Apple) and play at Radio City Music Hall!! Come out and support!!!

2. We're playing for the 30 Hour Famine in Joshua, Texas on May 22nd. This is going to be a rockin' concert featuring us as well as Gazer and Jordan Beatty. Don't miss out!

3. We're at The Door in Dallas on May 29th. TIckets are $10 and you can get them from us!

4. We're going to NASHVILLE!! August 3rd we're playing for Band With a Mission and it's going to be TONS of FUN!!!!!!!

5. We're scheduled to be on Check the Sound (TV show) again in May. We'll post the date on latelymusic.com as soon as we have it so stay tuned!
